Freeway Fritz offers a great catering menu featuring Frankenmuth-Style Chicken Dinners, Blimpie Subs and Salads and special items upon request, for parties from 10 to 300.

Chicken Dinners

2 or 3 pieces of mixed variety chicken, dressing, cole slaw,
mashed potatoes, gravy, bread and butter.

2-piece mixed chicken dinner $7.19 per person + tax
3-piece mixed chicken dinner $7.69 per person + tax

Dinner items come separately in large foil roasting pans.
Plates, plasticware, napkins, serving utensils and condiments

are included in price.

Side Dishes

Buttered Noodles Sauerkraut Cranberry Relish Tossed Salad	Vegetable of Choice Macaroni & Cheese Cottage Cheese Potato Salad
For each additional side item add $.60 per person + tax to the original dinner price. For all white meat chicken add $.90 per person + tax.

Larger Side Portions

1/3 Size Pan (serves up to 15) $12.09 + tax
1/2 Size Pan (serves up to 25) $18.69 + tax
Full Size Pan (serves up to 50) $28.59 + tax
Gravy by the Gallon $12.09 + tax

Up to 99 Pieces of Mixed Variety Chicken $1.59 + tax per piece

100 or more Pieces of Mixed Variety Chicken $1.49 + tax per piece
Up to 99 Pieces All White Meat Chicken $2.09 + tax per piece
100 or More Pieces All White Meat Chicken $1.99 + tax per piece 

 

Additional Items

Assortment of bakery items, including gourmet cookies, muffins, pies, tortes, sheet cakes and pastries. Vegetable, fruit or sandwich trays.

We are willing to accommodate special requests for items that we do not usually offer on our menu. Let us know what you would like and we can determine a price for those items. Please give us a 2 or 3 day notice so we can be sure to accommodate your needs.
